Location

• We're available for on-location photo sessions.

• We'll select a location together that best represents your creative vision.

• Session fee may vary based upon location.​ All session fees include travel time.

Session Day

• We're going to have a great time! Please arrive on time to your photo session. We'll be ready to get started as soon as you arrive.

• We'll take a few setup photos to ease you into your session and get you feeling comfortable in front of the camera.

Scheduling

• If you're running late to your session or running behind on prep (ex: You're getting your hair or makeup done with a company not affiliated with us), please contact us as soon as possible at 321-634-2600. This will allow us to plan accordingly.

• We'll honor your session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

• After 15 minutes, a one-time late fee of $50 will apply to be invoiced and paid after the session.

• After 30 minutes, we will reschedule your photo session and a one-time rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.

Editing

• We'll lightly edit your images for color, definition, and minor spot treatments, such as background marks and blemishes.

• We'll remove the backgrounds of photos for product shots upon request.
   

Completion Time

• You'll receive your online proofing gallery to pick your favorite photos 7 days after your session.

• Please allow up to 14 days to receive your final, high-resolution, edited digital images.

• Please allow up to 14 days to receive your final, high-quality printed images.
   

Payment

• Your photo session is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the session.

  We accept check, cash, debit and credit card.

• All payments are secure. You’ll receive a digital receipt upon payment.

• Please see our Policies page for information on cancelling and rescheduling sessions, as well as fees that apply.
   

Final Product

• All photo sessions include at least 1 edited digital image emailed to you.

• You may purchase additional digital images and printed photos individually and/or in bundles.

• We offer printed albums, custom calendars, and more!
