COVID-19 Procedures

  • We handpick locations based on your photography requests and your safety.

  • We're currently taking photos in uncrowded locations to ensure you're comfortable.

  • We sanitize all of our equipment before and after your session.
     

Payment

  • Your photo session is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the session.

  • We accept cash, checks, and credit card.

  • You’ll receive an electronic receipt via email upon payment.

Photo Sessions

  • Please arrive on time for your session. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We'll honor your session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

  • After 15 minutes, a one-time late fee of $50 will apply to be invoiced and paid after the session.

  • After 30 minutes, we will reschedule your photo session. A one-time rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please cancel or reschedule your session within 3 days of your scheduled session.

  • Any cancellations or rescheduled sessions made less than 3 days of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

  • The fee must be paid immediately to secure your new session date.

  • If you do not feel well prior to your session, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If we reschedule the photo session due to weather conditions, this will not incur any fees.
     

Refunds

  • Our goal is to ensure all customers are satisfied with their photo sessions.

  • While we do not issue refunds, we will remedy any concerns prior to you receiving the final product.

  • We will honor one re-shoot if both you and Sunshine Photography agree it is necessary.
